This newly completed luxury home in Camp Hill blends modern farmhouse charm with contemporary design precision. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a flowing open-plan layout, the home is defined by its light-filled voids, polished concrete floors, and natural textures.

Our plastering scope was integral to achieving its clean architectural aesthetic. A statement curved bulkhead above the dining zone and a series of bespoke coffered ceilings framed the main living spaces. Flush-set ceilings, custom cornices, and seamless transitions between wall, ceiling, and feature joinery ensured visual cohesion throughout. The finishes served not just as a backdrop, but as a key design statement.

Project Challenges

• Custom Cornices & Bulkhead Geometry
  The curved bulkhead above the main dining area required custom-form cornice detailing, achieved through careful radius setting and expert framing. Precision was critical to ensure symmetry and consistent light reflection.
• Soaring Voids & Skylight Detailing
  Plastering within double-height voids with overhead skylights created access and finish challenges. Every joint and finish line was exposed to direct daylight, requiring level 5 finish and seamless shadow lines.
• Material Coordination
  Plastering interfaced with polished concrete floors, American oak cabinetry, and stone surfaces. Coordination with other trades was essential to maintain tight tolerances and avoid visible inconsistencies.
• Timeline Pressure
  Built as a prestige spec home with resale goals, this project required premium finish within a compressed timeframe. Trade sequencing was tight, and rework tolerance was nil.
