Our approach was grounded in delivering luxury-grade finish work in a coastal environment with exceptional design intent. At this striking residence on one of the most sought-after streets in Kingscliff, our team coordinated early with the builder and architect to align the plasterboard, skim-finish and detailing scope with the large open-plan living spaces, high ceilings and full indoor/outdoor flow. The home’s emphasis on natural light and seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity meant we selected premium setting compounds and ensured plasterboard joints, reveals, and corners were executed with minimal texture and clean transitions. Feature areas such as the expansive lounge & kitchen and adjacent alfresco zone demanded flawless wall and ceiling planes to match the home’s luxury materials and interiors.

Throughout the installation, we maintained close trade-interface management, working alongside cabinetry, flooring, glass balustrade and pool-scape contractors to avoid remedial fixes and maintain production momentum. Our finishing team conducted thorough inspections under directional lighting to detect any surface irregularities, and we delivered a full handover with quality assurance that aligned with the home’s elevated specification (including floor-to-ceiling glazing, oak flooring, 2.7 m ceilings and feature external louvres).
