For a premium residence like this Southport build, our approach centred on precision, coordination and quality craftsmanship. We began by reviewing the architectural plans and finishes schedule in detail, aligning our work with the builder’s program to ensure smooth sequencing with other trades. With 9-foot ceilings, multiple living zones and high-end finishes, careful planning was critical to achieving seamless transitions and a consistent aesthetic across all internal spaces. Premium plasterboard and finishing compounds were selected to deliver perfectly flat surfaces, while the VJ feature walls were measured and installed to exact design specifications for alignment and reveal depth.

Throughout the project, our team maintained a meticulous standard of workmanship. Every joint, corner and ceiling plane was checked under light to ensure a flawless surface ready for paint.
